BRIEFING
We arrange an initial video meeting with you where we get to know your business and specific needs. In this first consultation we discuss an overview of potential solutions, and we walk you through our approach.

WORK SCOPE
In case we feel that we are able to help you, we will create an account for you in our client portal where you will be able to electronically sign a proposal with the prescribed workscope details, along with the total cost of the project and a deliverables schedule.

JOB ALLOCATION
Once we are on the same page in terms of the project cost and deliverables, your proposal will convert into a project. Your client dashboard can collect all the content from you (logos, images, videos, etc.) as well as payments for the approved setup/deposit fees. You are also able to assign tasks and communicate with our team, as well as exchange files, reports and sign off approvals with a single click.

FEEDBACK
It's now time for changes or amendments. All our work including monthly campaign management jobs has a maximum of 4 feedback rounds. Any further changes will be invoiced separately. This avoids delays and time waste which translate in poor performance of your campaign and achievements.

DEPLOYMENT
Once all the pieces are approved, the job will be delivered after 2 - 6 weeks depending on the workscope details and ongoing agreement. At this point you will receive an account update with any remaining amount payable.

ONGOING REPORTING
If we are working with you under an ongoing agreement, you will receive monthly detailed reports of the performance of your traffic, conversions and campaign performance and the fees will be charged automatically to the credit card number on file. All inside your client dashboard!
